East Central Ia, S. Waterloo | Broomstick is long gone. Brown Bottle is still there, a little ways out on Center Street (old 218), Italian cuisine, good place for date night. Peppers is there, pretty close to College Square, but I'm not familiar with them. Really we like Texas Roadhouse but it's not real unique I suppose. HuHot Mongolian Grill is right by TRH in College Square bring your appetite.
Edit to add: Forgot about the Brass Tap downtown Cedar Falls across from the library, mostly burgers for me but they have other choices, and LOTS of beers to chose from.
