NW Indiana | Well I don't think the top 1% are going to need to sell stocks to retire so that takes care of 52% not for sale. The top 2-3% probably wont be selling much either so now you are 70%+. I don't see the top 4-10% going fire sale in order to retire so now we are at 88%. So out of the remaining 12% not all of them are retiring. I don't see this as a concerning problem | |
