Subject: Holding foiled cheeseburgers and hotdogs in roaster?


NEKS
4H club is serving lunch on Saturday. It will be cold that day. Plan is to serve cheeseburgers and hotdogs made on site.
Question is: would it work to make the burgers and hotdogs with buns, wrap in foil and keep warm in a roaster? The hope would be to not have them in there for more that 20 minutes. Keep the roaster at 150-160?
Any thoughts would be welcome.
