Keep in mind. This is the same agency that tried to cover up 2019 planting/spring disaster by saying “we have to count the corn planted as a cover crop as “planted acres” because we can’t tell the difference “
And this is after they changed the rules mid game to allow corn to still be planted well past the final plant date. They knew they were in a bind 20 months ago and it’s starting to unfold.
