First you have to dig the hook up hole3’ or more wide cause you can’t hardly get those long y’s’all in a 2 foot wide trench. It is harder to make the hook up because you are not digging 90 degrees to the tile that you are hooking up to so you are digging out a lot more by hand to make the hook up. We have some y’s along because some time you find a unknown tile line when doing a hookup or some other reason but they are a pain to work with.
