It’s a clever idea but extensive engineering science shows that the difference is negligible.  Lost in decimal places negligible.  At low pressures this just doesn’t really matter all that much.

If you increase the pressure to, say, 10000 psi in a hydrostatic system the loss is calculable but still minor in the grand scheme.
