Spread some pelletized lime along with at least maintenance levels of P and K (preferrably more) this spring for certain, but it is really hard to say beyond that with limited info. Definitely start fixing pH asap if you will have beyond this year. I wouldn't be too worried about inoculant unless that is your normal practice. We had a field several years ago the was upper 4's to low 5's when we got it. It easily cost us 15-20% of yield that year even though we spread lime before planting. Maybe pelletized lime would have helped that year is the reason for the suggestion. The biggest lasting affect that we noticed is that it took a while to get weeds under control
