The simple answer why they aren’t used is that there could be no other effective treatment(s) available in order for the vax to receive EUA approval. No docs in a network will prescribe these treatments as they are not approved as the standard of care for covid in their healthcare system. They face reprimand, suspension, or termination if they get on the wrong side of this. Even independent docs face risks from their medical boards depending on the state they are in.
