Subject: Online frustration

North Central, IL
Have a chase card and wanted to redeem points and credit account. Spent over an hour online and phone to no avail. Finally decided to call chase bank to see if I could talk to a live person.. was taken care of less than 5 minutes. Maybe I am old fashioned but still have a lot of respect for companies that still employ people to ( answer the phone)
