Here in ND way back in the mid 90's for spring wheat, we used a lot of granular Fargo for wild oats, Treflan for green foxtail and Buckle which was a mix of the two.  We also used granular Treflan and Sonalan for sunflower.  The granular Treflan rate for sunflower was 10 lbs/A (probably the same for soybeans), and for wheat was 3.5 lbs/A.  We sometimes saw injury on the wheat, especially on lighter ground, but that is also where we had the worse green foxtail pressure.  Even at 3.5 lbs/A it still did a good job on foxtail.
