I watch the eyes of most "professionals ",she is one smart doctor.Most of what she was declaring was right out of her brain not on a script or monitor.She seems to promote her sprouts a lot but much of the cruciferous studies I believe as its been well known that saurkraut is considered anti cancer.I think was from a study of polish woman ,Im not sure but decades ago.We try to eat that type produce a couple types a week and its quite easy for 1/2 year as its some of our crops.My moms a sprout nut for decades,,85 and zero meds,,,maybe Ill be as lucky,,Thanks for the link John,happy scuba-ing
