The brass gear will work with that raven mdu and any of that generation mdu autofarm made ontrac 2 or 2+. The motor itself can still fail down the road which may or may not be repairable in the future. The brass gear doesn't give like plastic so it put more stress on the motor. Ag Express and ag leader at the present time can replace those but for how long is uncertain.
