West Central Wisconsin | I watch a lot of sausage making videos on you tube and decided to try making sausage balls today. I had never heard of them so I'm not sure if it's a regional dish or what. I make my own breakfast sausage and today I used a pound of ground pork/venison seasoned with Legg's, "Old Plantation" sausage blend, a pound of grated cheddar cheese, a small onion, two cups of "Bisquick" and a 1/4 cup of milk. They tasted great! I know the "Bisquick" won't be all that good for keto so maybe next time I'd cut that in half.
