Subject: RE: Types of sausage

West Texas
We make it here at our church each fall. Lots of churches here do and it’s called German sausage. We mix 80% pork and 20% beef. It is a big seller here. We make between 10,000 and 15,000 pounds and it usually sells out fast. We serve some of it with a bbq meal but sell the rest uncooked.
