Don't expect ANY sausage to taste the same, even if it has the same name. Kraut sausage, how bout some blood sausage, there's a place up here that's doing pb and jelly sausage, potato, smoked apple pie, blueberry maple and apple cinnamon.
Depending on who makes it and with what seasonings, ALL sausages are either a hit or a miss....just depends on what your tastes are.
