Central Il Morton

In Central IL we call it whole hog sausage. Several seasoning mixes but the most traditional is Missouri Blend.

Most any local Locker Plant will know what I’m talking about.

Used to fry up 5-6000 # each year for local Mennonite Relief Sale.

Just can’t find it any where out of the Midwest.

good luck
