coast of Maine | I had a minor miniscus tear,never popped,seems it might be a bit different injury.They scoped it 20 years ago ,been super since.Since thenI never jump out of anything,always(95%)try to wear knee pads in any knee bearing situation.Friend had the knee pop issue and it was a tendon issue,had a quick surgery and fixed it.Problem with knees is when one hurts you favor it and screws up your gait and the other one goes bad,I was 40 the first scope,got freaked as two knees hurt.I hurt it originally kneeling in a pickup bed shoving items towards the back of truck.Go get an MRI and if no insurance shop around there are private ones that will get you one for 1/3 cost then take to your doc. | |
