Frytown, Iowa | Over the holidays my wife started buying deli meats from Aldis... you know... Appleton Farms. Anyways I thought I about died and went to heaven eating some of these sliced cured meats. They are soooooo gooooood!!!
My favorite is prosciutto and hot capocollo. Both are very fatty and chewy like an undercooked bacon.
First pic is prosciutto and second is hot capocollo. Delicious! Look for them next time your at the grocery
