Before you spend any money, check to see if your current controller is ISOBUS.
I'm quite certain his InCommand 1200 would be. Check under display console setup and features. I believe he will find that ISOBUS is enabled.
This would mean there would be another approach to the situation. I am familiar with the method that I mentioned in the previous reply and have used it for several years with various displays.
