| My business partner has a newish LG fridge, says it is garbage. I have LG washer and dryer and they are... OK. For refrigerators, technician who came out to not be able to fix my very expensive six year old Kitchenaid refrigerator told me that the design live on refrigerators and dishwashers is about six years and that they aren't economically repairable.
I looked at consumer reports and it seems that Kitchenaid, Maytag, Whirlpool and Whirlpool Gold all made by Whirlpool. The Whirlpool Gold line had less incidences of repairs than all the others so that's what I bought. I now have three Whirlpool Gold refrigerators from 8 years and newer and not a problem. That's all I'll buy until I learn different. | |
