| I like leftovers. It’s nice to have enough for both us to take to work for lunch. I don’t mind having enough ham or soup to last a week but my wife won’t do more that 2meals a week or even 2 of the same in 24hrs but I don’t mind.
My old roommate used to make a whatever meat and vege stew and would literally leave it in his crock pot around the clock on the countertop for multiple days. Never refrigerated just reheated. He was a true mountain man. | |
