Nevada, Iowa | It may be just the run of the luck as we haven't owned this too long but they seem to peel easy from this little gizmo. Very simple to use and consistent results even for the absent minded like me. The only down side I have seen so far is an obnoxious alarm when it's finished that doesn't time out. We have not used it for anything other than hard boiled eggs.
