Take a look at https://www.tax1099.com/   There are other sites besides this one, but I've used this.  Costs $2.90 to have them emailed out (password protected) and under $5 if you want them sent out.  Edit to add - this is per form. It's easy to input sender and recipient information.  It will carry it over till the following year which further simplifies things in subsequent years.  This way there's no forms to pick up, buy or send out, and no postage cost.
