John, I believe you were told wrong as our banker was the one that had control over whether or not we got the ppp loans, and they told me as long as they are separate companies meaning different EIN #, you can apply.
Would question if two EIN numbers would = two separate entities. Would think it would boil down to who paid the taxes. C Corp pays their own taxes S Corp does not. |
