I know that's what you have, but it's a lot easier to handle a full IBC tote than the barrels it you ever want to rearrange or move them.  We still use 55 gallon barrels for oil, but have a cart with an air pump on it.  we put our used oil in a tote and have a couple different people with oil burners that come and get it when we get one full.
