NW IA | Good evening all,
Cleaning out an old shed, and have these old oil barrels i would like to clean out and use for bulk oil storage. Since they had some type of oil in them at some point, and they will have oil in them going forward, what cleaning method would you recommend to get them setup for motor/hydraulic oil? I have been trying to search, have found everything from rolling them around with soap and water (can't figure out how i would get it properly dried after), to using a solvent. Let me know what you think would work the best. My wild guess is these are somewhere between 150 to 250 gallons or so. Appreciate any help.
