WC IL | Spray lots of good penetrating oil around the stem where it fits in the top of the ball, also around where the ball fits in the socket on the bed. Walk away. Come back in day and spray again. Then do it again.
Not only does that lovely, grease covered handle get rusty and stuck, so do the balls that have to retract into the base so it will come out.
Was told by my trailer dealer that starting in 2021 Ford will be using B&W as their factory hitch, and they will not be available for them aftermarket. And the price will be a little over $1,500, instead of the roughly $750 they cost now. | |
