What does this style of truck get used for? Is 3000 idle hours at 110k miles a problem? I am looking for a non rust belt truck and this caught my eye.

It’s hot here. A/c runs constantly in the summer. There are plenty of days I drive 100 miles and never shut the truck off. Pull up to any parts store or dealership and I can guarantee half the trucks in the parking lot will be running with the air on full bore.

I loaded trucks at the bins today and left mine running until after lunch for the heater. Never looked at idle hours before but I’d say mine is right there with this one at 82k miles.
