NS Canada | US plants were hit with covid and continue to have quite a few employees out at times. I would have to check which plant specifically makes the tires you were looking for.
There are several michelin plants here in NS and they have been wide open all yr trying to keep up with added demand from the US plants being reduced. Generally each plant only makes a certain segment of the market.. Passenger, truck, ag, heavy industry, all made in different spots.. etc There's also back logs of ingredients, carbon black and whatnot that aren't getting to plants on time.
