Subject: RE: Fertilizer shed capacity calculation

Northwest Mo
Back in my day, side walls 2x6 & plywood with a lot of re rod internal bracing. Fertilizer up to 20' deep. The big concrete block look like a plan. Keeping fertilizer a short time helps, Stays more flowable and not set up. Think there will be more pressure on the loading out. A good skid steer operator will help. The back of the bay may get more force as you push that direction in the loading and clean out process. May be another layer of blocks there. May want to leave room between blocks and building walls so they can move some and not damage building its self. I started as a fertilizer plant manager in 1970 and was into GPS and precision Ag, starting up in the 90's. GOOD LUCK
