| They don't just cancel sales and not fulfill their contractual obligations. The cancelled sales are offset somehow. Perhaps money changes hands or they are simply a change of origin. They buy X amount of beans from Cargill of US origin. It is reported. They change the origin from US to Brazil. It is counted as a cancellation, but they are still buying the beans from Cargill.
