If you have any availability of custom strip till this spring, that would be a good way to go. If we have a droughty growing season you will pay a penalty regardless of the tillage practice. Strip till will save moisture vs other options but last years corn used more moisture than beans did. If you get plenty of rain, my strip tilled CoC will stay with the rotated. You will spend some extra money on fungicides and fertility to keep it at parity.
