North of London | I hope you know that there is documentation that 'science' knew the earth was a sphere thousands of years ago. I believe it was the Greeks who first documented it but I bet lots of thinking people figured it out before that.
Some believers ignored the facts.
Those who ignored science after that were the ones who were wrong.
'Science' of course never claims anything to be absolutely correct because new techniques and evidence can change what was previously though to be correct.
However just believing in things and ignoring the best evidence is not a good practice to live your life by because a belief is probably wrong more often that any scientifically derived finding. | |
