Everyone seems to not understand that NASS is projecting numbers that are a moving target. To claim they lied and cry about it is ridiculous. They use historical trend along with other information provided, that is the best we have for predicting the future. It is kind of like predicting price based on historical charts, it is impossible but that doesn't mean you can't get a general idea.
