Kind of a follow up from Illinois, 
you can now do your Iowa continuing  pesticide Ed 2.5 hours on line. You need to call your county extension, they will tell you where to send the check,  when they get the money then they  send you the zoom link , and times  to view. .to make sure you are watching they will be asking you questions  4 times during the viewing that you need to answer , by typing in .if no answer,  no credit for course. They have a 15 minute break built in for coffee  ect . 
safer than being in a room of a lot of people you have no idea where they have been , trade off you do not get to meet your friends.    Times are a changing.
