ND | I have never done business with them but called in today to look into it. I called twice because "all other options, option 0" kept returning to the main menu. I thought billing (option 8) would at least have someone on the phone but that went to a voicemail system that was disconnected.
Not a good look I would say. Anyone else had problems?
I was looking at buying some chemical, or at least pricing some chemical, but not sure I want to do business at any price if they dont answer the phone.
If they are closed early should at least say so on the phone system.
