This years corn silage is the driest I’ve ever put up. Flash drought in late dough stage. Corn was 1/2 milk line, plant went from grass green to almost dusty in 3 days! Surprised how awesome dry silage is to grow calves....less acid. Extremely high inclusion rates and cattle have the hammer down. Read cattle/stools......push throttle! At this rate of feeding silage be gone by June, onto Earlage!!!!!
