Any cheap 2" pump will pump water.
Adding a mix cone at ground level speeds up operation and will keep you from climbing sprayer.
My neighbor uses a banjo brand meter, around $500 I think and he claims its accurate enough.
If you search for spray tender alot of threads should be available
