I'm fairly certain that you don't need the 12 section switch box for Field IQ on a FMX/FM1000
I'm also fairly certain that you DO need the 12 section switch box if you want to run Field IQ with a FM-750
With the FMX/Fm1000 you should be able to turn sections on and off on the touch screen if it is configured properly. Its not handy to do it through the touch screen, but you can do it.
