Peanut butter and waffles, peanut butter and pancakes, used to feast on both of those with syrup and were one of my favorites. Glucose 240 and up, up and awayyyyyyyy!!!!!
Tastes great, killer for diabetics or those with insulin resistance.
Never cared much for peanut butter
