Yup, had the conversation with them a few months ago. Monthly charge went up, I called and said you have one opportunity to drop my bill back to where it was or I'm done. Got his supervisor next, he said he wasn't lowering the bill so I ask how they wanted to pick up the equipment. They said mine was so old just toss it in the dumpster. Been on Firestick since that day, I'm sure it will get higher with it being so popular but for the moment I'm happy!
