Took me an hour to get to the closer that tries to get you to stay. I told him I wouldn’t keep it if they paid me to. And if he had any sense he would switch jobs because diercttv has to be a dying business the way they treat customers. He literally didn’t know what to reply to that!
On the equipment return thing. I kept my return receipt and had it ready when I called them about the bill I had for non return of equipment. They told me they be believed me and waived the charge with out any proof. What you bet all of those accounts with return equipment gets a bill no matter what? Direct is truly a POS company.
