Clifton Kansas | It's not cheap but we have installed the Capstan liquid N-ject for the fertilizer it works good.
When putting 32% on preplant and when side dressing we can range from 15gal on pivot corners to 60gal in high yielding areas with no problem.
They had us put orifices on the planter to keep flows down in the 4 gal range. We don't have a high speed planter but it should work good.

Also sure fire ag has a system that that does what you are asking(changing between orifice tubes to get a wide range of applications) and it is not cheap either.
