Central Montana | You cannot go backwards with QuickBooks data. If you installed '15 and ran updates you have the most up to date version of '15. You have to purchase year version upgrades to match your '18 version. I do believe there is a way to install the '18 version with your current license to another computer but I'm not sure how. Speaker is your best friend for support calls. You can leave the phone set where you can hear it while you did what you need to do for the two hour wait to talk to a human. | |
