That is kind of what I suggested to her also (like I know anything about cooking, LOL - just because I don't know anything doesn't mean I don't have an opinion - perfect example = AgTalk, LOL). Our first introduction to the way of cooking was a friend about a year ago cooked a roast and I think he did it like 13 hours or something. It was good is about all else I remember about it.
She is still learning with the Sous vide. Thanks for the suggestion.
