Lancaster, Co. PA | My dad taught my brothers and I to butcher our own deer. We aren't real good at it but we can debone and grind it. It's certainly not the easiest part of deer hunting but I do find it satisfying to know that I did the entire process myself. We do almost everything in burger except the backstraps and tenderloin. Wife found a good seasoning recipe for sausage so we make sausage patties. We invested in a vacuum sealer 2 years ago and really like it for venison. | |
