Grill a burger and a sausage and see how they are. If they are good and you are concerned about refreezing them you can grill the rest and freeze those. At least with the burgers. There have been many times I've grilled pork patties and frozen them for later on. Your type of freezer will determine how long the grilled product will store. Generally, chest type freezers are manual defrosting and uprights auto-defrost. Food will take longer to freezer burn in the chest types because of this. Auto-defrosts work by removing humidity, which can induce freezer burn quicker.
