Hooker Twp,Ne | Your elevation and nearest to tv tower makes a difference. I have watched tv over an antenna for nearly 40 years where I live. Actually my whole life since we got tv back in the late 50s. Tv channels and reception have greatly improved. I live on the higher elevation in the county and have no problem. I know those in our small community have a harder time getting channels because they are lower elevation and possible more trees to block reception. I put a small Walmart antenna on the side of my shop and get several channels but not near as good as my house roof antenna. I mainly get channels from Lincoln and Omaha,Nebr. Lincoln is 40 miles north and Omaha about 90 miles to northeast. Weather at times causes some problems with certain channels but those times are few and far between. | |
