Antenna web is a good starting place.  Plug in your address and it shows the TV transmitters within range, shows the direction, and shows a color code for the kind of antenna you need.

I plugged in Gettysburg zip code, and it shows only York and Harrisburg stations. It did not show Baltimore or Washington for me.  I'm not sure why.  You should be able to get Baltimore and Washington if you wish.

FCC website on antenna and digital TV.  Not sure how much it helps.  The antenna webpage doesn't show the omni-directional antenna being sold. Still, it might be a good website to look around.

I thought this ChannelMaster antenna looked interesting.  Thought I would include the link.

Here's a link to a ChannelMaster Rotator system.   You place the antenna pole on the rotator, and the antenna on the pole.

It might also be worthwhile looking around the ChannelMaster website.

I recall from years ago that Denny's is a good website for information and product.
