WCIN | We went through all this with the wind farm in our county. Yes there is a bond for removal but it’s not available till maturity and it is an estimate, maturity is life of the wind farm 30 years. Wind farm is built and operational the bond has been bought but not fully funded, like a mortgage. Like a mortgage the bond can go unfunded, companies go bankrupt, things can go south. Plus it is still an estimate of removal. | |
